FRUSTRATION

Why I'm Frustrated With Society?

Let's all be honest: society sucks. People have changed in a major way over time, it takes for my generation to grow up. I'm absolutely fed up with it.
Why frustration in people is increasing day by day?
So, We find animality in human اشرف المخلوقات in abondance. It has been seeming quarrelsome behaviour of people for long.

It comes to say that, We have moved to a modern lifestyle and technology.
(Wherein humanity has been lost). This is actually a false consolation, Which we have hugged Exquisitely.

"I, hereby, beheaded to writeup over frustration, cuz It seemed me on social media and in reality, many cases of human-abasement over tiny things. They were punished/killed/humiliated/abused/badly misbehaved/ more than their offence.
( Where two young boys, aged 13 were included). There is also a no-of-suicidal-attempts getting high.

So, It would not be wrong to assume all that- We are moving towards an era of ignorance/paganism, Which we have given the false name of modern-lifestyle.

To this fasten, lifestyle, technology, modernization, and other socio-economic reasons. We probe further, let's talk about the possible causes of frustration, especially among the youth today.

I am frustrated with my life!" This term has come on the tip of the tongue of almost everyone that we meet today. Today's youth are most prone to frustrations. It is not surprising that suicide rates have increased by leaps and bounds all over. What is the reason that the generation today is so weak-hearted? Why is our life filled with frustrations? Why does a single negative comment or an incident that happens against our wish tend to irk us so much? Be it waiting at a traffic light, or a long line at the eating joint, everything gets on our nerves. for a radically modern culture, frustration might stem from an obsession with technology, fashion, bullying, etc.

Here we discuss the common possible causes of frustration.

▶Overuse of Technology.
Overuse of technology can prove to be extremely harmful to one's mental health. A question we should ask ourselves: Are our smartphones and other smart gadgets making us dumb and emotionally void?

Y E S   I T   I S!

It, in fact, make ones dumb and emotionally void.
here we see a child playing/operating with a cell phone. The simplest way we've gotten to remain a child busy whole day. Mothers, on the other hand, are happy that our child is busy. There is one cell in mothers' hand, other in Childs' hand.

Tell me, friends, What a child will learn?

A child will learn
How to operate a cell phone?
How to delete/Install games.
How to delete/Install Apps.
How to upload/download.

Hence a child becomes dumb and emotionally void. Because he has not learnt a lesson of humanity and endurance since childhood due to communication-gap btw mother and a child.
No communication of ethics,
Not of morals,
Not of humanity.
Thus a communication get lost between cell phone and gadgets.
(Hence It proves to be an unhappy, devastated, anti-socialized and frustrated generation).

And we proudly say, Our child is four-step forward than us. We were dull and dumb when we were at their age. WE WERE THE BEST When we were at their age. We did outdoor games. We were physically fit. We played in teams, in teams, there was stamina to win and loss from a man, rather than solo-player with gadgets, they win and loss from gadgets.
We heard stories from our parents/grandparents before going to bed. We were teaching something related to life. We were being mentally fit. There was a sense of humanity and endurance in that era, cuz they all remained communicated. (Hence It proved to be a Happy, balanced and socialized generation).

▶Time Management.
Time management is the biggest issue today. Though machines have automated so many things, yet, we always find ourselves running out of time. We all have lost the ability to have patience, want things to move quickly, and detest a slow-paced life. Make a list of your priorities and set goals.
Do remember: Seeding takes time to be a fruitful tree.

▶Feeling Of Worthlessness.
Lack of confidence is one of the major issues of the youth today. When they're not accepted in their schools, are bullied, or do not manage to reach the top position, a feeling of worthlessness immediately crops up. Moreover, this also leads to depression. It's important for all parents to make your child feel special even in low-grades and marks that's built-up confidence.

▶Over-obsession with Fashion
Youngsters, today, want to look their best, often looking at it as a parameter for social acceptability. They often follow fashion trends of celebrities, and subject themselves to atrocious diets to achieve that 'perfect figure'.
Your staff must be clean, it doesn't matter its repeated.  To remain neat and clean must be ones' parameter for social acceptability.

▶Lack of Family Time
With the rise in nuclear families, giving time to children becomes difficult for parents. This loss is usually compensated by parents, by giving in to tantrums thrown by their kids. Nonetheless, parents being too busy in their careers, or their lives, leaves children unattended. These kids often grow up to be frustrated and angry from inside.

▶Physical Abuse
If a person has been subject to any kind of physical abuse during childhood, there are high chances that he/she will grow up to be an extremely difficult person.

▶Comparison with Others
Most of us have gone through this 'comparison analysis'. Well, it is indeed frustrating to be told that we are not good enough like others. Constant nagging eventually leads to frustration.

▶Pressure to Be the Best
BE THE BEST'. Outsmart your peers, your colleagues, and show that you're a shining star. Yes, but at what cost? Much of the frustration is caused due to the notion set by society, that if you're not the best or good enough, you will not be accepted.

Why to tame the roaring mind?
Good or bad, all turned blind,
The roses are all black,
In darkness, losing track,
The world is all fabricated,
Here we lay,
Frustrated and devastated ...
