Your mind points you that , If I give some rupee to a needy, I'll face a loss. ( A wit )
A heart says, If I give, It'll back to me double. Cuz our faith says same.

So.....

Always follow your heart , Your mind is stupid.

Create order in life, Schedule a meal time.
Avoid unnecessary desires and stress. Exercise daily. And let me tell you something special, Start giving in to life.
Start giving in to life.
Give someone time.
Give someone advice.
Give someone a way.
Give someone a knowledge.

Look ! Giving is the attribute of Allah, When you start giving, Your affinity is  connected to the Most Gracious. ( رحمان)
Then you never have to worry and suffer from depression. The more you become the giver, The more you start to experience happiness in your life. You decide that every month you will give something to someone.

FRUSTRATION

Why I'm Frustrated With Society? Let's all be honest: society sucks. People have changed in a major way over time, it takes for my generation to grow up. I'm absolutely fed up with it.  Why frustration in people is increasing day by day?  So, We find animality in human اشرف المخلوقات in abondance. It has been seeming quarrelsome behaviour of people for long. It comes to say that, We have moved to a modern lifestyle and technology. (Wherein humanity has been lost). This is actually a false consolation, Which we have hugged Exquisitely. CONSCIENCE

Conscience comprises of two things:  1. Childhood  2. Fear-of-ALLAH ( Eeman). There is removal of everything from man like heart, kidey, lungs, liver but not➖conscience. childhood pieces of advice from family and surroundings play an important role in building conscience. As it is said that children are genuine carbon copy of their parents. Conscience stands in contrast to elicited emotion or thought due to associations based on immediate sensory perceptions and reflexive responses, as in sympathetic central nervous system in an individual.
